Here are a couple of pictures I took of my sweethearts last week. I am so glad that I found the time and the motivation to do a cute picture with the kids before Tatum's fall last night! I am definately feeling blessed for having such wonderful babies. The family is truly an early Heaven. Love you guys!

This, too, shall pass...
We are headed home tomorrow and I absolutely can't wait!! The kids are so excited to just get back to the house and get a new routine going. Raegan is finally off of the lights and I'm so glad to not have to deal with it anymore. This week has been really stressful for me and one thing after another, after another. Yesterday, I noticed my keys were sitting on the bathroom counter. An hour later, when I needed to take Raegan to the DR I went back to the bathroom counter and they were gone. I looked in my purse, nothing. I looked on the key hook...nothing. A casual search turned into an all out scouring of the house. I frantically was looking everywhere I could think of for an hour and a half and the keys were no where to be found. After involving everyone in the house in the search I felt my back pocket and what would you know. My keys. Everyone was laughing about it (in good fun, of course) but I was so exhausted and frustrated I burst into tears. I guess someday I'll look back at that and laugh but today was not that day. Hurray for sleep deprivation!

Glow little glow-worm...
So I remember my last post saying something to the effect of "could it get ANY worse than the stomach flu..." Answer: YES. Yesterday Raegan had an appt for her blillirubin levels to be taken. Both Tatum and Carson were jaundiced at birth and I expected to have to deal with it in some form or fashion. It turns out her levels were dangerously high. So they have her under the bank lights to bring them down. The medical supply company dropped by the equipment last night and I got her started. I was ok with the whole thing until he told me that I had to stay awake with her while she was on it because of the blinders. I was ok with that until he said it needed to be 24 hours a day or she would most likely be in the hospital by today. So I stayed up with her all last night and rubbed her tummy, held her little hand and tried to comfort her as best as I could. I think it's harder for me than it is for her at this point. The good news is that her levels decreased by 5 points overnight! The DR was astounded and said he has rarely seen any baby make that kind of progress overnight. I am so grateful for answered prayers!! Raegan is still on the lights for the next day, but the DR said I could take a nice 4-5 hour break at night to get some sleep. Sleep...what was that again??

A crash course...
Here are some photos from the past 24 hours. Keep in mind that with Ned gone, I will be taking and posting ridiculous amounts of pictures. The last 24 hours have probably been the hardest in my entire life. My first night home from the hospital, Carson woke up at midnight throwing up with a stomach bug. He was the sickest I have ever seen him. He threw up about 30 times and finally at 9 PM Amy and I took him to the Urgent Care for some kind of help. The Dr told us to go to the ER for an IV. So we headed down to the ER. Luckily we were in and out in about 2 hours, but turns out he didn't need an IV, just some Zofran for his stomach. I am hoping and praying for a better day today. I felt bad for Raegan. I guess she and I both got a crash course in the life of the 3rd child. Here she was less than 72 hours old and was already second in line for mom's attention. When my baby boy is feeling better, she and I will have to catch up on some much needed snuggling. In the meantime let's hope and pray that no one else gets this bug.

Still...
Well here it is Monday and yes, folks...I'm still pregnant. Now I know that my due date is still 9 days away and I have no reason to complain. I wouldn't normally worry about it, but the Nurse at the office last week said she was suprised I had made it as far as last Tuesday! So I feel like a sitting duck just waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Anyway I will keep everyone posted but it looks as if I'm going to have the baby July 9th if nothing has happened by that time. I'm feeling so all over the place about it, I don't even know. In my mind I still feel like life isn't going to change. I'm sure I'm in for a big suprise. I'm so thrilled to be going home to WA soon and can't wait to get back to "normal life" and see my friends again. So here's to another few days of waiting. Gotta love it!

Summer Fun and an Update...
Well, here I am. Still pregnant. For the past 5 days, I've had EVERY sign that labor is near. I went to the DR on Tuesday and the NP said that the baby had dropped so low, that she would be shocked if I even made it until Thursday. Why do people say these things? Now I'm just sitting here waiting and getting more antsy as the week goes on. I woke up last night in complete realization that Ned is REALLY not going to be here and I'm having a baby at any moment. All of a sudden, I'm realizing the magnitude of what I'm about to endure: CHILDBIRTH. Not fun, but so worth it. I'm hoping that the 4th of July will be a nice distraction for me and I can still have a good weekend despite the waiting game. I'm especially proud of have a husband in the military on this special day. It reminds me that the world is a bigger place than you and me. Thank you to all those who serve or have served their Country. Especially to my sweetheart. I love you and appreciate all the sacrifices that you make for your Country and your family. You are amazing and I love and miss you.

Sheree's visit
Sheree came to see us yesterday and it was great visiting! We are friends from CT, but she moved to Hawaii and I moved to Washington a few years ago. Now we crossed paths in Utah! Anyway, I can't wait to see her again later this week, too. I know the picture of my is horrible because my eyes are closed...but who cares. I'll take one for the team. Love you, Sheree! Thanks for all of your support.
