I don't think I will ever forget the experience of making my first wedding cake. Honestly, it has been a crazy couple of days but I made it out alive and there's a cake to show for it as well....so I guess it was a success. Maybe I'll blog about the details another day...but for now I'm just glad that it's done! Also, the top layer of sage fondant hasn't fully dried, which is why the color is slightly off from the 2nd tier. Overall, I'm happy with it.
