Sunday evening I get a call from my brother, Andrew. He and his fiance Ashleigh went up to Alaska for Thanksgiving. While en route coming home they had a 5 hour layover in Seattle! The only drawback was...it was in the middle of the night. So I yanked my kiddos out of bed at 1:30 am and drove about an hour and met them halfway at a Denny's. My kids didn't know quite what to make of being in a restaurant at 3 am. But it was great seeing Andrew and meeting Ashley for the first time! She's so nice and I'm all about getting more sisters!
