The kids were all smile before church Sunday. Ned had just left a few hours before for Canada, so they were up early! Poor Carson is teething right now and loves his toothbrush. It is the only thing that helps him feel better!

Ned left for Canada Sunday morning REALLY EARLY! Luckily, Carson was awake in plenty of time for one last game of patty-cake. I talked with Ned for a minute today on the phone. He is doing well and is excited for his schooling!

Tatum's new favorite toy is her Light Brite. She plays with it for HOURS. She loves to go inside our closet and turn off the lights and stick all the little pegs into every hole. It's so cute.

I've recently discovered the best time to take good pictures of the kids is Sunday right before church. They are clean, they look nice and for the most part are happy. Today, however, I could NOT get them to take a picture together. Carson was too wiggly and wanted to crawl away every time. So here are some nice smile from the kids this morning!

If Carson turns out to be tall like his Dad (and I don't see why he wouldn't...) the days of him looking up to me are numbered!

BUSTED!!!!

Tatum was sneaking a little Halloween candy when I caught her! Oh well. I remember being a kid and Halloween only comes once a year!

Tatum got a teeter-totter from her friends for her birthday. She loves to get outside and play on it whenever she can.

Tatum has been in love with fondue ever since I bought a tiny fondue set a couple months ago. She has been asking for a fondue party for WEEKS and so we finally invited some friends over for game night....AND the fondue. Tatum was in heaven.

Why are my kids morning people? I have friends whose kids sleep until well past 9 AM. I am not so lucky, but they do go to sleep nice and early. I suprised Carson in the morning with a picture. As you can see, he's a very happy dude...even at 6 AM!

For the past 3 or 4 weeks, Tatum INSISTS on either a PBJ or a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast. Very odd. But hey, she eats it and I guess there are worse things to eat!
